We act as the Data Fiduciary for your personal data and process it in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

• Advertising and analytics data: data from tools such as the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and Google tools, used to understand how visitors find and use our website and to measure our advertising.

2. Health-related information

Any information you share about your hair loss or health is provided by you voluntarily so that we can respond helpfully. We treat this information with care and use it only for the purposes described in this policy.

Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and may mean we are unable to provide certain services.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• trusted service providers who help us run our practice and website, such as our customer-relationship, appointment, and communication platforms;
• professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

These providers are permitted to use your data only to provide services to us and are required to protect it.

We will acknowledge and respond to your request within a reasonable period, in line with the requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Children

Our services and website are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
